  • Backpack Feeding Program - provides free weekend meals to children enrolled in the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture National School Lunch Program's Free or Reduced Price School Meals.


  • Emergency Relief - provides document recovery services such as birth certificates, licenses along with bus passes and assistance with rent, utilities and security deposits.


  • Food and Clothing Distribution - provides people in need with emergency food from the food pantry and clothing from our storeroom.

  • Free Health Center - a Volunteers in Medicine (VIM) facility providing primary health care, behavioral health and dental care to the uninsured.


  • Trauma Informed Community Development (TICD) - helps revitalize the community by establishing and promoting healthy healing micro-communities.


  • Trauma Response Team - Addresses the acute phase of trauma as a result of gun violence in our communities.

  • Volunteer Trauma Responder Training - provides First Aid/CPR/AED, Psychological First Aid, Mental Health First Aid and Public Safety training for volunteer first respondents.


  • Behavioral Health Community Organizer (BHCO) Training - is a 15 week community development course to teach organizers how to address the systemic symptoms of poverty, meet human service needs and empower community residents to take an active role in their healing.


  • Community Leadership Training - helps those who are healing become agents of healing in their own communities through monthly community meetings, community engagement sessions and consultative workshops.
